Erasure are making a new album: what is confirmed

Erasure HQ confirmed on March 31, 2026 that Andy Bell and Vince Clarke remain together as Erasure and are in the studio working on a new album.

The statement was issued to correct misleading reporting about the duo’s future. It also says Bell and Clarke are involved in discussions about possible touring scenarios connected to the release.

What has not been announced

There is no album title, release date, track list, label configuration, single, preorder, or confirmed tour itinerary. “Possible touring scenarios” is not a tour announcement. ErasureFan will add those details only when Erasure HQ or another primary source publishes them.

Why this matters

The Neon remains the latest full studio album in the ErasureFan discography, followed by the companion project Day-Glo (Based on a True Story). The 2026 statement confirms that the studio-album sequence is still active without asking fans to fill the information gap themselves.
